Lindsey brings a wide variety of real estate industry experience to the team with a tenured career that started in 2006. Her background spans multiple facets of the business from Title to Team Coordinator for several large mega-teams while she was at Keller Williams.  Like Amy, Lindsey has been through multiple market cycles and form changes over the years. She's a resourceful problem solver knows how to manuever through a real estate transaction with skill and grace. 

Much like dating, when Amy and Lindsey met, they knew they'd found "the one" to join forces and do business together. 

Lindsey serves as the Transaction Coordinator for Amy and Kristine's files, plus she services her own clientele.  She handles the incoming buyer leads from Amy's listings and she's willing to go anywhere her clients need her to go to find the perfect home. 

Lindsey, her husband Clay and son Tommy, live and play in the Ft. Worth area. When she's not on her computer, you'll find her in the pick-up line at her son's elementary school on weekday afternoons, and she often takes her computer with her! To know Lindsey is to know that's exactly where she'll be at 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during the school year. 

As soon as you meet Lindsey, you can immediately sense that she's a kind soul with a servant's heart. She has a passion for fostering rescue dogs and she volunteers at a local no-kill shelter. With four dogs of her own, Lindsey's husband knows they could be welcoming another fur baby to their pack at any given time. And he's OK with it. 

When you work with Amy Beyer, you'll also be working with Lindsey. Her role is to keep up with all the paperwork and to make sure everyone is adhering to the contract deadlines. And you better answer when she asks something of you! Her job is to get the job done and make sure your home closes smoothly and on-time.  

To know Amy is to know how much she wholeheartedly loves Kristine. They met while working at Coldwell Banker Realty in 2022 and formed an instant bond.  

Kristine serves as Amy and Lindsey's Social Media Manager plus she services her own clientele. Kristine obtained her license in 2021 after falling in love with Real Estate through the purchase of her first home in 2020. While she mainly focuses on handling all social media channels for Amy's business, she is willing to go wherever her friends and family need in order to find the perfect home. 

Prior to Real Estate, Kristine spent the majority of her post graduate life teaching Color Guard in both California (her home state) and Texas. Through Color Guard she met her husband, who is now a High School Band Director in Justin Texas. The two met marching at The Santa Clara Drum and Bugle Corps in 2015 and married in 2021. Kristine and her husband have one fur baby, Piper, an Australian shepherd mix, who they rescued in 2021 and love unequivocally.

Krisitne is a food enthusiast and enjoys visiting new restaurants and decompressing through cooking in her own kitchen for her loved ones. She is also a second generation immigrant that has pride in her Portuguese heritage and culture.

Armed with a degree in Communication from Cal Poly Pomona University, and several years of experience in teaching, Kristine possesses a unique ability to understand clients' needs and articulate complex concepts with clarity and precision. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for educating clients, Kristine ensures that each transaction is not just a transaction, but an opportunity for clients to make informed decisions and get what they need from the home buying and selling process. 

While Kristine's role is usually behind the scenes, sometimes Amy's sellers get to meet her for a specialty video shoot. Kristine has an uncanny ability to find something special about every home and make it stand out in a noisy and competitive online market. In addition to Amy's candid and  humourous marketing style, Kristine gets all the credit for how well your home appears on social media.
