The vast majority of property searches start online. This makes it absolutely essential that your home looks stunning, and attractive. I'm very strict about how your home shines in photos. To attract a good quality buyer, you need to show a great quality product. Follow my advice and you'll be pleasantly surprised with how well I will make your home look.
Showings can be more stressful than getting ready for photos! Here's some candid, real life advice for getting your home "show ready" to be toured by prospective new owners, including showing hours and things to keep in mind as the showing requests come in.
Selling your home takes more than pretty pictures and great marketing. In addition to completing the Seller's Disclosure Notice, I recommend. you walk around your home and look for yourself at the most common items often flagged during the home inspection.

There's several ways we can collect your utility bills to show prospective buyers what to budget for. This is a simple Word .doc you can download and fill in... if that's more your style.
This is a little extra touch that I like to leave for the new buyers. This form tells them your mailbox #, garage codes, trash days, etc. and anything you want to make sure they know about your home.
